Quality & Service
One of Wens Chalets’ strengths compared to other catered chalet providers, is that we have an experienced team which is operating from the head office in Naarden. The team at the office is very flexible and can advise and help you with all your questions. The team also appoints a region managers who will support the chalet host members at the chalets so that quality can be guaranteed and you have everything you need! After your holidays you will receive a questionnaire where you can indicate your observation which we will use to improve our concept.
All inclusive - no surcharges
A complete holiday does not have to be expensive. All our prices include breakfast, 3-course dinner and all drinks (beer, house wine, refreshing drinks, coffee and tea).
