The main building is Chalet Tirolerhof, which is linked to Chalet Tirolerhof Apart via a long connecting corridor with beautiful views. Thanks to this connection, you can easily extend your stay to accommodate up to 72 guests when you book both chalets together. This makes Tirolerhof Apart an excellent choice for larger groups such as companies, clubs and associations, or big groups of friends looking for a catered ski holiday in Serfaus–Fiss–Ladis.There is also a lift in the complex, making the property more accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

The communal dining and living area for Tirolerhof Apart is a private, enclosed space in the main building, reserved exclusively for your group. In the morning you will enjoy a generous breakfast with local bread rolls, breakfast specialities and fresh juices. After breakfast, you can spend the whole day exploring the 214 km of pistes in the Serfaus–Fiss–Ladis ski area. After skiing, there are plenty of après-ski options in the village. Enjoy the lively atmosphere at Patschi, or visit the Hexenalm in the nearby village of Fiss. When you return to the chalet, your three-course dinner will be ready, prepared by your personal chalet hosts. Afterwards, you can relax and enjoy a drink together, as your catered stay includes catering throughout the day, with drinks included.

As mentioned, Tirolerhof Apart is connected via the corridor, where you will also find the well-equipped wellness area. Here you can unwind in the Finnish sauna, Turkish steam room, foot baths and relaxation loungers—perfect for soothing your muscles after an active day on the slopes. The wellness area is shared with guests staying in Chalet Tirolerhof.

Serfaus is a car-free village, which adds extra charm to the centre without the noise and traffic of cars. The chalet is easy to reach on foot, and the Serfaus underground (U-Bahn) is just 50 metres away, taking you directly to the lifts. On arrival and departure days you can drive into the village to unload your luggage. The chalet has six on-site parking spaces (charged at €10 per car per day); additional cars can be parked at the entrance to the village (for a fee).
